Shipping & Delivery
At VitaGlow, we prioritize secure and timely shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and payment method:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Prepaid Orders: Priority dispatch. Delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
- COD Orders: Standard dispatch. Delivered in 5 to 7 business days due to verification and logistics processing.
- Couriers: We partner with premium courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
Payment & COD Policy
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:
- Online Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking via Razorpay (100% secure).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all products.
Important COD Information:
- How to Order COD: Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Our team will verify your details before processing.
- Delivery Timeline: COD orders take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Delivery Fee: A flat shipping & handling fee of ₹200 applies to all COD orders.
- Advance Payment: To confirm your COD order, a partial advance payment is required at checkout (20% of order value, minimum ₹200).
- Pay on Delivery: The remaining amount is payable to the delivery agent in cash.
* Refusal to accept the package upon delivery may result in the forfeiture of the advance payment to cover logistics costs.
Returns & Refunds
No Returns & No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products (skincare and personal hygiene), VitaGlow maintains a strict No Return and No Refund policy for hygiene and safety reasons. This ensures every customer receives a brand new, unopened, and uncontaminated product.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Broken Seal: If you receive a damaged product or a broken seal, contact us immediately upon delivery with photo/video evidence.
- Wrong Item: If the wrong item was delivered to you by mistake, we will arrange a replacement.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your personal data and using it responsibly.
- Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email).
- Data Usage: Your data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support communications.
- Data Security: Your payment information is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
- Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is encrypted and stored securely. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
